Absolutely! With our Configurator, you can design your own dream watch. Choose from a wide selection of customization options - including dial designs, case finishes, hands, bezels, and more. To create a timepiece that’s uniquely yours.

Each of our watches is carefully handcrafted to ensure exceptional quality. Once your order is placed, your watch will be built and prepared for shipping within approximately 3–5 business days. International delivery then takes an additional 7–12 business days.

As for shipping costs - you don’t need to worry. We offer free worldwide shipping, covered entirely by us. It’s our way of thanking you for your support and choosing our brand, while providing the personalized service that sets us apart.

Every watch crafted in our workshop comes with a free two-year warranty. This covers manufacturing defects and operational issues that may arise under normal use.

Please note that our watches are not designed for swimming or similar activities. The warranty does not cover scratches, water resistance issues, or damage caused by tampering with the watch. To ensure the longevity of your timepiece, we strongly advise avoiding such conditions.

Additionally, the warranty applies exclusively to the movement and does not extend to other components of the watch.

Each of our timepieces is powered by an authentic Seiko movement, chosen for its proven quality and reliability.
